Production Methods

Warendorf kitchens have been manufactured in ourfactory in Westphalia since 1975 using only the highest quality materials, fittings and production methods. Every processing stage is carefully carried out, checked and monitored, and only after this are materials passed as fit to used in the end product. An ongoing certificated Quality Management system supports the company’s self-imposed philosophy of only delivering the best for its customers.

Quality lacquering
A total of five processes go into producing the high gloss lacquered surfaces of a Warendorf kitchen to ensure fronts are hard-wearing and easy to look after.

Warendorf kitchens offer a hand-worked high gloss lacquered finish which gives an unrivalled depth and uniformity.

A thorough understanding of wood and a good eye for detail: to ensure the colour is as uniform as possible and the grain very strict criteria are used in the selection process for purchasing wood.

The colour, grain and moisture content of the wood must meet the very stringent quality standards required for Miele kitchens in order to make it to the production process.
